The Korzan are a malevolent and insidious species of humanoid creatures standing at six feet tall, distinguished by the chilling visage of a Dementor Wasp for a head. Their large, black eyes convey an unsettling gaze that exudes a sense of predatory intelligence and cruelty. Clad in natural chitinous armor reinforced with strengthened leather in vulnerable areas, the Korzan are formidable warriors with a penchant for subjugation and exploitation.
In their underground colonies, the Korzan employ a nefarious tactic to capture unsuspecting victims by injecting them with a mind-altering drug through a needle-like probe in one hand. This substance compels the victim’s obedience and subjugation, allowing the Korzan to take them into the colony for a grotesque process of lethal impregnation. Covered in eggs, the victims serve as hosts for the Korzan larva, doomed to be devoured alive as the larvae hatch and consume their living host from within.
Fierce and cunning warriors, the Korzan are known to hire themselves out for combat engagements, using captives as both a resource and a means to propagate their species. Their terrifying biology and ruthless tactics make them a feared enemy on the battlefield.

Special Abilities:
  • Enslaving Drug: The needle probe carried by the Korzan injects a potent drug into its victims, rendering them compliant and obedient to the Korzan’s commands. Those affected suffer from a mind-altering effect that compels them to follow instructions without question.
  • Lethal Impregnation: Once a victim is brought into the Korzan colony and covered in eggs, the larva hatched from the eggs will consume the victim while still alive. This gruesome process ensures the survival of the next generation of Korzan, fueling their sinister life cycle.
  • Poisonous Sting: The Korzan’s sting delivers a toxic venom that induces paralysis and excruciating pain. Victims must make a saving throw (Constitution) to resist the poison’s effects, which can lead to incapacitation and eventual death if left untreated.
