The Heart Reaver is a menacing insectoid creature that stands at approximately three feet tall. Its body is segmented, with a sleek and streamlined appearance. Covered in an aquamarine, chitinous armor, its back tapers to a sharp, triangular point. The armor is sturdy and provides exceptional protection against physical attacks.The Heart Reaver is known for its remarkable agility and speed. If, after four rounds, the saving throw is not met, victim will die from blood loss. If the saving throw is met, the fight continues. Even if the Heart Reaver is draining blood, it will attack with its claws.
Though primarily drawn to fresh organs, Heart Reavers can sustain themselves on the blood and essence stored within these vital organs. They will focus on immobilizing their prey, latching onto them with their claws and piercing into their bodies to drain the life-giving force.
