  • Cave Dweller:<\/strong> Black Belle has a lair in her cave (known as Black Belle\u2019s Bower Close). While in her lair, she can sense the presence of creatures within 1 mile of her cave, and she has advantage on initiative rolls.<\/li>\n
  • Shapechanger:<\/strong> As an action, Black Belle can polymorph into a large cat or back into her true form. Her statistics remain the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn\u2019t transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies.<\/li>\n

        \nLegends tell of how she used her iron claws to carve out a sinister lair from the sandstone cliffs, now known as Black Belle\u2019s Bower Close. From this cave, she preys upon the unwary, reputedly reaching inside homes to snatch people where they feel most safe.
