When I created this I wanted something unique and, since I’m currently working on a series of modules taking place in the Raurin Desert, I came up with this little guy. Not much is known about the Raurin Desert so, for all we know, anything could be out there. And let me introduce you to anything: the Osibrazius (Ah See Bray ZeeUs).

The Osibrazius appears like a typical two headed snake but with a sand-colored hide that camouflages it in the desert environment. Its heads are constantly searching for prey, both in the oasis and the sand dunes. However, the Osibrazius’s true uniqueness lies in its ability to store and spray fresh water and sand from its mouth, making it a formidable foe in the unforgiving desert.
Abilities:
Multiple Heads – The Osibrazius has two heads, each able to act independently and make its own attacks.
Fresh Water Spray – Once per turn, one of the heads of the Osibrazius can spray a stream of fresh water from one of its heads, dealing 1d6 bludgeoning damage in a 20-foot cone or extinguishing flames within the spray cone.
Burrow – As a bonus action, the Osibrazius can burrow into the sand, becoming nearly invisible. While burrowed, it gains advantage on all Dexterity saving throws and attacks made against it have disadvantage.
Sand Blast – Once per turn, one of the heads the Osibrazius exhales a destructive blast of sand from its mouths, dealing 1d6 bludgeoning damage in a 20-foot cone. Those caught in the blast must make a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
